Side Effects and Dosage of PCXX Foam
PCXX Foam is a topical corticosteroid indicated for the relief of the inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses. PCXX Foam is available as a white, water-miscible foam in an aerosol can.
The recommended dosage is to apply a thin layer of PCXX Foam to the affected area(s) twice daily. Treatment should be discontinued when control is achieved. If no improvement is seen within 2 weeks, reassessment of the diagnosis may be necessary.
Side effects of PCXX Foam include burning, itching, dryness, folliculitis, hypertrichosis, acneiform eruptions, hypopigmentation, perioral dermatitis, and telangiectasia. PCXX Foam should not be used on the face, groin, or axillae.
PCXX Foam is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients in
