What is Regression Therapy?

History and Development of Regression Therapy

Regression Therapy Exercise

1. Recall a time from your childhood when you felt very safe, happy, and loved.

2. Once you have recalled a time, imagine that you are transported back to that time.

3. Take a few minutes to really feel the feelings that come up for you in that space.

4. Now, imagine that you have a conversation with the person who made you feel safe, happy, and loved during that time. Tell that person what they mean to you, and thank them for their support.
